Great product, it takes a while before you can start reading your heart rate and it could be easier to connect to a software. On the other hand, scosche is a GREAT company and a pleasure to do business with. Gave it to my girlfriend for Christmas and on the way home on Christmas day we saw a pregnant homeless woman and since it was about 10 degrees and windy we drove her to the shelter she wanted to go to. Turns out she needed a heart rate monitor charger. Unfortunately, this charger is only for this bracelet. No others will work and there was nothing to buy locally. My girlfriend called Skosha and very quickly got in touch with a live person. She explained what had happened and indicated that she wanted to buy a new charger. The gentleman she spoke to immediately told her not to worry and sent her a new charger free of charge. They even handle shipping (to Alaska). About a week later, a shiny new charger was in her mailbox! Excellent customer service!
