In my case this is for other cleaning tasks that could benefit from a long tool with enough power. 2) I leaned (only the weight of my leg wasn't pressing) on it with my foot to help press down hard on the surface, the thing keeps going, slower but doesn't stop spinning. 3) I've been working all the time on charging which was from the factory, charge after charging 4) Spin a bit slowly, I think I'm used to the big floor polishers I have. 5) A long bristled brush is very soft, a short bristled brush is stiffer but not by much. 6) Pad with cleaning disc worked well. 7) I wish the head position was preset so that it would help to work at an angle without having to struggle with the thing not going perfectly straight or 90 degrees. 8) The construction is solid. I'll try to update over time to see if this isn't a one time miracle.
