Literally the best customer service

I ordered this a second time because I loved the first one and wanted to get it for my mum and when it got here it was very different. I was devastated and immediately contacted the seller who was quick to respond and sent me the correct item. I was surprised by the quick response time and courtesy. I love this cable and literally use it all the time to connect my 3DS on long car rides and even just to my laptop to charge during Ultra Moon Glitter hunts.
