Review on 🚿 Moen 23015W White Hand Shower Package: Multi-Function & Hose Included by Amanda Christensen

I agree with the poster that complained about the hose - it's really flimsy and prone to kinking. It is worth ordering a flexible metal hose. Another complaint I have is the weak flow. I know it takes 2.5 GPM but with a head that high the pressure is really weak. There is a flow regulator in the handle. Removal is easy: use a jeweler's screwdriver or other thin tool to pry out the white plastic ring with a cross inside. There is a small rubber ring underneath that should come out as well. This increases your flow a bit, but is still too low in my opinion. I could drill a gray plastic piece with multiple holes to make one big hole. It appears to be glued or otherwise attached to the base and won't pull out. I'll try it first as it is before I go this route
