Good training tool best in bark collars

I bought this collar for a 1 year old German Shepherd. She is reactive and barks a lot. I have already used the mini-teacher from this company on her. The bark collar helped a lot. My husband, who doesn't use a mini educator, takes her for walks in this collar and she keeps getting better at barking at other dogs in the park. It also successfully ensures peace and quiet in hotel rooms and garages. Level 2 is high enough for them. My problem with the collar is that it's tight. It emits a pre-stim tone and counts the stims. It doesn't work every time she barks. It's still an effective tool and she's learning to control her barking. I highly recommend checking out the many excellent e-collar resources online, particularly Jeff at Solid K9 Training. I've also addressed this learning problem by combining several approaches, many of which have been suggested by "positive" coaches. If the dog is in the red zone of the disorder, ecolar-stim will not help. But if the dog is quick-witted and properly versed with the tool, Ecolar Stimulators work great and give the dog clear direction. This collar will help your dog stay calm when you're away, sleeping or distracted. Highly recommended.
