Fully ventilated shoulder straps are great for heat dissipation but tend to curl inward and become uncomfortable under the armpits. The quality of the clasps and small plastic parts has deteriorated to the same quality as the occasional Chinese Revain brands. If you pay a premium, there must be a reason for it. Sits a little low in the back. I wanted the shoulder straps to be stronger and further apart.
