This is a great product! It arrived in a very nice, hard box with two cables, usb a to c, and usb c to c and an adapter from hdmi to vga (which I didn’t need.) The seller was super professional. When I ordered, before sending it to me, I was contacted to be asked about my computer to make sure this would work for me. I have a macbook air 2020 with the M1 chip. This dock bypasses the inability of MACs to connect two screens (with the M1 you can only connect one.) you will need to follow instructions to download the driver as instructed. I did struggle a bit because I couldn’t drag documents from one screen to the other although I could see it. I have my screens set to "extended display” and then as you can see in the display preferences, make sure the screens are touching and both top bars have a lighter bar. I tried different things, moving the order of the screens. This worked for me and Im very happy. This dock does not include the charging box (it does include the cable but not the box for powering.) I ran to Walmart mart and got one and now I love my set up. This is a great dock and now I have plenty of usb space for my microphone, headphones, etc. If you’re hesitating, please contact the seller, they’ll clarify if this will work with your set up. They’re awesome people.
