My son who sits in a front facing car seat could not reach his iPad when mounted on this device. We have to move the front seat backward so that he can change the video he is watching. The side clamps are not big enough to hold on to iPads, Android tablets or smart phones with protective cases. You have to remove the devices from their protective case in order to fit in this headrest holder. They need to make the clamps bigger and add a telescoping neck that allows the device to be within arms reach of the backseat passenger.UPDATE: I have been contacted by the seller and offered a refund. Their representative also said that they will consider a redesign of the product in the near future. I hope that my suggestions are included.
