This is one of three laptop stands I've tried (two from BoYata, one from Soundance). This one doesn't fit MY needs, but I'd still give it 4 stars because it works as intended - BUT! Mine arrived with an uneven base that kept rattling and adding to the unsafe feeling. Hence a star deduction for the quality issue. The height adjustment is simple and sufficient. It's easy to assemble. Ergonomics are fine. It does what it's supposed to do, which is to keep the laptop at the right height. No, it is not angle adjustable. (Stands that allow this are more expensive.) However, this stand is NOT stable. By design, it has a single support arm attached to the rear. The laptop continued to shake when I used the touchpad or keyboard, or just typed on the Bluetooth keyboard under the stand. I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my Dell XPS on it. And perhaps because my device arrived with an uneven base, when I placed the Bluetooth keyboard on the base underneath the laptop, it rattled when I was typing. The simpler but much more stable Soundance stand did not have this problem, and this BoYata stand was also made from significantly thinner aluminum plates. Qualification + quality, I deduct a star for that.
