Should have had this a long time ago!

I've been thinking about an ergonomic solution for my laptop for a long time. Now I have found the perfect solution for my stairs! With this stand, the bottom of my laptop screen is 8 inches from the tabletop and the top of the screen is 15 inches from the tabletop. Very easy to assemble and strong enough to just print; For serious typing or typing, I recommend using a keyboard and mouse. This stand is perfectly stable for checking email, news and weather as well as surfing the Internet.

Good for ergonomics but NOT for stability.

This is one of three laptop stands I've tried (two from BoYata, one from Soundance). This one doesn't fit MY needs, but I'd still give it 4 stars because it works as intended - BUT! Mine arrived with an uneven base that kept rattling and adding to the unsafe feeling. Hence a star deduction for the quality issue. The height adjustment is simple and sufficient. Might benefit from some upgrades

I was looking for a laptop stand that would allow me to elevate my computer for video conferencing by placing the keyboard at a suitable angle for typing. I purchased this stand based on overwhelmingly positive reviews and was initially impressed with the way it was packaged and the quality of the look and feel of the parts.
