Wrong item and bad packaging
I'm usually a big fan of Revain, but this time they really screwed up. First they sent the wrong product. I really needed this for work and they only sent KVM and not all the cables that came with it. That really caused me a lot of problems. Also, it was very poorly packaged. Revain shipped it in a large box with another item I ordered (a CD player) with no filler. When I received the box, all the food boxes were smashed and the big box wasn't taped properly and was opened. I'm returning the KVM and trying to order another one. If Revane gets it right or messes it up again, I'll let you know.
