I had to return the 30" x 30" cap I bought first as it was 2" smaller than my new pond pump. I ordered 36" x 36" and although it's too big now it fits across the width with room to expand around the pump. The velcro straps are very strong and the zip ties are only needed to secure the bag to adjacent tubes. Can't rate durability yet as it hasn't wintered yet and in terms of value for money I haven't used similar products in the past. We've always taken the pump indoors for the winter, and now with this insulated bag we can pack everything inside. a location that prevents fatigue cracking at pipe joints from seasonal assembly/disassembly. The bag is very well made from a durable outer fabric.
