No suede - more faux micro suede
The colors are great. It's essentially a rubber lining lined with faux suede. Almost feels like a mix of terry cloth and. Faux velvet (?) It's soft and a little plush. In any case, it's not 100% what I expected, but I like it and glad I installed it anyway. It smells faintly of rubber (of course) so my only concern is how well this product will survive the summer season.
