Review on 💋 YuGlo Lip Sleeping Mask with Moisture & Collagen Boost for Restoring, Hydrating & Plumping Dry, Chapped Lips by Kayla Guzman

First of all I have very dry lips and when I wake up they always crack. I've tried (almost) every one-piece lip mask on the market, including some very expensive ones, and I would definitely say these are the competition, or dare I say BETTER than any of them have ever been. I think this review is very important because I believe in total transparency, great products and recognition. When I first bought this mask, I sent it back almost immediately. I didn't like the texture (please read all of this before making a decision) and it lasted about 5 minutes on my lips, which clearly wasn't what I wanted. I wanted to buy another one with decent reviews but at a much higher price. Let me just say I'm so glad I didn't. Eva, the seller, contacted me immediately to find out what was going on. I told her about the problems and also let her know that I wanted to love the mask so much, especially for the price, that it just felt waxy and hard and didn't help with my problems. I have to say (and no I don't know them personally and I also buy a lot from Revain) that I have NEVER seen a salesman go as far as fixing things. She texted me when I was in the process of buying another lip mask and thank god I didn't. Eva listened to my feedback, explained that I probably received a letter that wasn't up to her usual standards, which I fully understand. She can't constantly check everything she sells. She offered to send me a new berry lip mask that she personally knew would fit (I think she has something to try) and it would be free. I would have paid no problem but she insisted, explaining that her customers come first and she doesn't want me to pay for it again. She also asked me if I could send a sample (a very nice large sample) of the new plant-based vanilla lip product to try before I put it on sale. It was a cross between a mask, a slightly glossy but non-sticky lip repairer more suited to all-day use, and a great complement to a berry night mask. I was shocked. I love Berry, by the way, the new one she sent was pure GOLD. I use it every day, leave it on my bedside table and have never woken up with dry lips since. It lasts ALL night and wakes you up with the most plump lips you've ever seen. I'm still in shock and love the little washable silicone applicator that comes with it. No more germs from doing nails in the product. I highly recommend it. A revitalizing vanilla day mask. I love that it's plant-based, and also that of ANY vanilla product I've ever used, this is the only one that I can actually (not too strongly) smell and taste like a pure vanilla bean, not like a wrong wax. Vanilla is usually sold. She also sent a card with all the information and tips. We must have gone through the email 20 times. I couldn't believe she cared so much. Aside from the fact that Eva will EVER decide to release on Revain, she has a fan and a customer on LIFE. Just unbelievable. Also, I would like to add that I usually use a lot of lip products throughout the day to keep them soft, but I don't have to anymore. Between 2 am I sleep in berry and during the day I use vanilla. It's a bit softer and can be worn alone, under lipstick, over lipstick or whatever. It is addictive. I can hardly wait for the new full version and hopefully more products from it. The best products and sellers I have come across, both on and off Revain. I have to give credit when needed and she is the nicest saleswoman I have ever dealt with. Thank you Eva for the great products and your commitment to your customers. This does not go unnoticed. You are a rock star!
