Both lotion and file are top quality products. Unfortunately I have purchased this product three times (two vanilla, one rosewater; one year ago and two recent separate orders) and all three times the gold box arrived torn and crushed with the rose broken and the ribbon torn. Therefore, they could not be used for gifts. If you want to receive the item as a gift, please buy with caution. Once is understandable, three times is unacceptable.
