These filters remove every hint of chlorine in my kitchen tap water. I smell chlorine every time I open a faucet without a filter. I can't drink most restaurant water because of the chlorine smell as my nose is too sensitive. So I am very happy with my tap water. I use this filtered water for cooking, drinking water, ice trays, tea and coffee. So happy I don't have to carry water home. A beautiful faucet with a Moen filter was installed in the kitchen sink and went well with these filters. It is recommended to drain some water before use after the time has elapsed since the last use. Removes standing water in the filter.
