The necklace is much nicer in real life! I recently lost my father and wanted something that would allow me to keep him with me always. I didn't want to at first because another item I saw had wings which I thought was so valuable but the delivery time was too long so I went with this one. The heart shines, the engraving is beautiful. You can wear it backwards if you don't want the engraving to face the front. And the chain is very strong and made of steel (engraved). Overall I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to put my father's ashes in it.
