As a graphic designer, I suffered from tendinitis for many years. I have bracelets on my wrists that I use when things go wrong. However, ThermaPAQ gave me instant relief from burning and aching wrists (both hands, so I bought two). It gets unwieldy when I'm still trying to create a design while wearing them, but after about 20 minutes the ice does the trick (albeit temporarily) and provides some symptom relief. Also removing the ice pack from the liner and using it as a soft bandage still brings relief (see photo).
