I needed a laptop for long battery life without loss of performance. We have been friends with Asus for a long time, so I chose from them. Amazingly comfortable keyboard and touchpad, just what was needed. We have already written about performance. No jambs on the body or hardware were found in my laptop. Pros below: Weight, iron, design and ergonomics. Nice to look at and touch. Long battery life is the most important parameter for me. Cons below: Sometimes the cooler is noisy, but not critical. The lid gets dirty very quickly, well, sooooo.
