This MP3 is an incredible swimming device. I bought this about six months ago and it has helped me swim longer and faster. As I have a neck problem I only swim with a snorkel so I don't have to come up for air which means my head is always under water. Before I got SYRIN I was bored with swimming but now it's like listening to music and starting to dance! The sound quality is certainly not stereo, but quite good, especially under water. I wear a swim cap over my ears which helps keep the earbud in place and makes the sound very clear. The device is very, very light and can be attached anywhere without weighing anything down. I clip it to my swimwear, swim cap, etc. When swimming, the wires are pretty short, and you can add an extension if you want it to be clamped lower, like a waist belt for running, etc. While I leave them at the gym and swim walk, then in the whirlpool, in the steam bath and in the sauna. Although I'm completely technically incompetent, downloading music from your computer or laptop is easy. The only problem I had was keeping the headphones in my ears for a while after swimming. This is because water begins to seep around the earcup under the suction cup. Hence a bathing cap over the ear to keep water out. But you don't need a hat in the whirlpool or in the sauna. You will like it if you want to swim and listen to music. It certainly increases your motivation to exercise longer and enjoy it.
