Excellent compact lightweight travel tripod

Having owned a travel tripod for several months I still love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight tripod that is compact enough to use in multiple locations to become. I mainly use it with a Canon Eos Rebel t5i (700D) DSLR that comes with a Peak Design quick release plate (Arca type) that fits their grip and other products, but this tripod can also be used with my point. and shoot with a camera or with an iPhone/binoculars holder, making it very versatile. One leg with soft grip converts into a monopod. It comes with rubber feet, but the beautiful holdall has an internal zip pocket that contains cleated feet for rougher terrain. The great thing about it is that it is very easy to pack as it weighs just under 4 pounds and is around 16 inches long when folded. As proof of this, I packed the complete travel case with tripod in my luggage bag on the flight (due to my space requirements) and then took it with me to typical tourist attractions – botanical gardens, zoos etc. Many people were willing to buy this tripod from me because they complained about its weight. I didn't feel like I had more than one other water bottle on me and I took amazing photos that I wouldn't have taken without a tripod. I love my bright blue color that goes well with my outfit and choosing the color was the hardest decision. when ordering this item. Color has held up after use in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions with little wear. It's not cheap paint after some deliberation just to make the tripod "nice" and make my gear recognizable as "mine". After owning it for a few months, the manufacturer now has the ability to customize multiple color combinations through its website, in case anyone would prefer that option. I would recommend this tripod whether you just need it for family shots, want a travel tripod for hiking, traveling etc. It's great in every way. I also found out that the manufacturer makes other sizes of tripods and lenses that might be worthwhile as well. Updated to add photos for someone on Facebook asking for a tripod recommendation that works with Peak Design products. The photos show the tripod in a low position with a Canon t5i with base kit lens attached - this was only done to check plate compatibility and not other tripod features. My photos show the build of the plate that came with the tripod and I've converted it to work with the Peak Design Arca-Swiss plate that comes with the hitch. Using the tripod with these products is quick and effortless - I don't have to remove the hand/wrist strap (coupling) or neck strap (slider) when using the mefoto tripod! I will also add that I live in windy weather. I wanted a tripod that would not be emptied when it was set up. It's a fine line between being too heavy to carry when traveling or camping, and too light to damage your camera when a gust of wind picks up and the tripod breaks!
