It just doesn't work for me

Goods unpacked yesterday. I did not receive a keyboard, mouse or radio antenna. I had a keyboard and mouse combo and a wireless antenna. I tried to boot the system. It got past the post and hit the Lenovo splash screen, and bam it went into the boot loop. The operating system was not completely installed. I have contacted the company. I am waiting for an answer from you. I can fix the problem myself, but I'm paying for a fully functional system. Think you can save money by buying a pre-built system instead of building your own SMH.
