The Valerie Halter dress from Women's Fashion was a huge disappointment. As my tests showed, the dress fit awkwardly at the waist, making it unflattering on any body type. While the material was soft the cut was unimpressive. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a stylish addition to their wardrobe....
