I would give it three stars because it heats up quickly except the iron I received was broken. The vapor will not work properly, if at all. There is a small button on the inside of the iron that needs to be pressed for the steam to work. The steam should come out as soon as you start ironing your hair, which means that the mechanism should be pushed in to allow the steam to come out if your hair gets caught between the plates of the iron; This mechanism is defective in the device I received. Also, compared to other straighteners, the straightener is very clunky and heavy and doesn't seem to grip the hair well. Argan oil, which has the chemical smell of iron. The item had light scratches and the inner packaging was damaged which means the item was used or old as the packaging it came in looked a bit faded.
