I've owned several pairs of studio headphones over the years. These are probably the most convenient. Very light, close to the head, plenty of room for the ears, very durable, replaceable parts and the sound quality is just what I need. I create instrumentals and beats in and around hip hop in subgenres like lofi, classical, rock, piano, guitar, saxophone and blah blah blah. I can wear them all day and my ears don't get tired. The cases don't get hot like vinyl or leather cases. They have very good lows, mids and highs with lots of quality bass with a damn flat frequency response for this price range! The soundstage is very nice. They look and feel professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the studio, whether you use them in a booth, for mixing and mastering, or just listening to music.
