The product is well assembled, beautiful color, excellent appearance. It charges my phone and the motorized action is smooth but it has one major downside, once you turn off the car it stays closed and to let go of the phone you have to put the car key back in so it can turn on again and then have to You touch the back to release the grip (as normally required). I got frustrated when it only happened a few times. Simple programming to shut down in the event of a power failure would be very helpful.
