Bought 2 packs of blue because it was a buy, got a lightning deal. I'm very impressed so far, the first night I put them on they were out in the sunlight for maybe 3-4 hours before showing up around 7pm. When I went to work at 6:30am, they were still flashing! They are cute little lights, we love the different modes and both strings flash in different modes. I pinned them to our fence and doubled over the ropes in the small area we wanted to decorate. I wish they had a small piece so you can screw it into the tree and not just a spike. I wanted the panels to be raised off the ground so I drilled 2 small holes in each tube to set them up because the fence casts a shadow. There are a lot of cables from the solar panel to the lightbulbs, so that's a plus. We just ordered some white ones so let's hope they're just as pretty. I wish they were red.
