When choosing a desk chair for the home office, I settled on a relatively "high-end" selection and ended up choosing this La-Z-Boy chair because it had consistently good reviews from previous customers received. Well it's here and WOW! I am not disappointed! The leather material is stretchy and richly textured, and the cushions are supremely comfortable. The chair looks like it was made for my body {6'1" and 330 lbs}. But it turns out other, smaller people feel the same way, like my son (5'10" and 155 -155 pounds). lbs} "fits" in this La-Z-Boy is also perfect. The chair has two simple levers, one on each side of the seat cushion. One to control the chair height and the other to control the "rocking chair" function. The chair is well designed in this regard as anyone of a reasonable height can adjust the height of the chair to sit comfortably at a desk with their arms at the right angle for typing on the keyboard. The second lever allows you to waver or not waver. I chose a completely stationary, wobble-free chair, and the chair effortlessly maintains that attitude even when my 330-pound body tries to test the chair's strength by trying to make the vibration wobble, but this one good chair will not move while maintaining this Proper adjustment While my opinion will vary depending on how the chair has performed, for now I can say I am simply happy with my purchase! The chair is very comfortable and well thought out down to the smallest detail. It also seems sturdy enough to live up to the "Big and Tall" product description. If the chair fails later, ie earlier than I think is appropriate, I will change my rating. But for now, I have to say that among all the big & tall chairs I had to choose from, I feel like I've found a hidden gem. I just can't find anything negative about it in this review! I highly recommend this chair, especially for those who are fat like me and need a soft, comfortable work chair that isn't fragile!
