Measure your palms as shown in the chart, then increase one size. I measured my height 10.5 cm and ordered mediums. They were too tight. I return them and get a great one. I'll upgrade to five stars if they're a good fit. These are pretty thin gloves, just what I wanted. I also ordered a pair of multi-camera gloves from another brand with rubber inserts on top. These gloves were made of a much thicker material, but I found them too stiff and my fingers didn't feel like they were on the fingertips of the glove. As long as the sizing is right these are really nice gloves that don't feel bulky at all and appear to be well made. They definitely rank among the full-fledged agility gloves, better than I've ever seen.
