I needed a CPU cooler for my XPS 8920 and after a few days of searching I settled on the Shuriken 2. Works and whatever I decided to go for it. The instructions show him using their backplate to install Intel. In my situation this was unacceptable as I have holes on the back for attaching the processor. The website shows the AMD brackets without the backplate, just screws and standoffs. So if you take 4 x 3Mx20mm screws, it will mount just like AMD. They should only include screws to keep everything covered. So any 8910 8920 8930 user looking for a replacement CPU cooler will be up and running without the need for plate/bracket modifications. The cooler works very quietly. Temperature lowered by 10 degrees. It took about 15 minutes to remove the old one, clean the processor, apply the paste and install the new one. There are no issues with the release. Looks good too.
