I've wanted a set like this for a long time. I love how easily food slides off them and how well my baked goods turn out. They do an excellent job of protecting my pans from wear and tear and they have allowed me to cut/eliminate parchment paper and aluminum foil. I'm not a fan of cleaning them, which is a pain. But that's not due to the product, it's the same with silicone mats. I've had some success washing in the dishwasher if you can line them up properly so they get cleaned and dried on all sides.
