Product is exactly like the picture, holds cards securely so you can insert and remove them quickly and easily. It doesn't protect them per se, it just keeps them organized and not floating around in a bag or bag. Slim and light, I like mine to keep maps in my holdall or shirt pocket (put them in a zip pocket for water protection without the bulk and weight if you want). Cards slide in and out easily without squeezing or prying the other sleeves and without having to open the covers. Several times I juggled camera, bag and card holder at the same time and that was an unexpected advantage. The nice thing is that you can also insert cards in either direction or upside down. As long as you have a template to identify your used cards at a glance, some of the best-fit cases only allow for one orientation. Cheap so buy enough so you have at least one more slot than your spare cards so you can keep a full card in the chamber BEFORE pulling out a new one. If you're a pro, they're also handy for storing individual event cards at home on a single card pending confirmation or backup.
