Works! Touchscreen and home button work! Clay does his job! with mini brain breaks in between, haha! I replaced the device screen for the first time and luckily everything went well. Unfortunately I will be buying ANOTHER replacement screen because before I could get my tablet screen protector it fell off and broke again! On the plus side, I know this screen replacement works and is a lot cheaper than buying a new tablet haha.
