Review on 🍋 E-PRANCE Lemon Squeezer - High Strength Citrus Juicer with Heavy Duty Design, Extract Juice from Fruits and Vegetables - Silver by John Holliday

I bought this pretty much exactly a year ago because it was cheaper than most juicers, looked solid and had good reviews. It worked well at first, although it was difficult to get the last few drops of juice out of each lemon efficiently. However, over time, the lower metal shell slowly began to bend into a strange oblong shape (see left side of photo). The metal pin holding the two pieces together has also started to fall out when pressed/washed. Now it doesn't fit anymore. I know the price looks attractive and the reviews are decent but I really think you can find better bang for your buck. It just didn't hold up the way I expected. UPDATE - 5/24/17 E-PRANCE customer service contacted me a while ago and sent me a replacement juicer. (Thanks!) I was told that after my review they upgraded the material of the product to be stronger and replaced the piece of metal between the handles with a stronger and thicker one. I was able to confirm that the connection has changed, although I can't tell if the metal material has become stronger. I've been using the juicer for a few weeks now and while it works well it's too early to say on the strength and durability of the product. However, I have updated my rating from 2 to 3 stars to reflect the changes made to the product. I will continue to update this review as I use the juicer more often.
