Review on 🧱 Premium Floor Protection: Bestop 51509-01 Front Floor Mats for Jeep Wrangler 1997-2006 by Jason Taylor

I've had many Wranglers since I bought my first new one in 1977 - about a dozen. Bestop has been around for a long time and I can't recall ever being disappointed with anything they've done. These are made from very durable plastic, look great, fit perfectly and are a perfect match for our 2004 Wrangler that gets muddy and dirty every day on the farm. I can buy a kit for my new wrangler that rarely sees mud but sees snow. They look really good in the jeep and the way they are shaped like a bucket the nasty boot will never touch the carpet. I only mention it in case anyone else gets confused when they get this. This product bothered me when I opened the package. It had rather complicated looking instructions which I wasn't expecting and a few pieces of plastic that look like retaining tabs on the jeep floor that hold the floor mats in place and it says to use a template and a precision knife. I've already thrown it all away which I regret writing this review as I wish I could better explain what it was supposed to be. My guess is that they simply went to the trouble of providing mounting tabs for those who can use aftermarket carpets without mounting tabs or the like. As said, you just slide them in like floor mats with the factory tabs. without cutting, drilling, grinding, welding or painting. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
