Review on Gibson GP316S Stainless Performance Header by Daniel Elgee

Manifolds were fairly easy to install. They keep the engine temp about 20-30 degrees cooler than before I put them on. A bit of visibility in horsepower and torque. However, the next time I buy headers, I will definitely buy a larger motor. The 4.7 liter engine is a small engine for such a big truck. I will definitely choose HEMI next time I buy a Dodge or just buy a Cummins Diesel! Not sure if this helped improve gas mileage, I haven't tested this theory yet (now with some back pressure I'm not sure how that would help). hope this review helps someone. Overall they're a great addition if you're willing to spend the money, but for such a small V8 in a Dodge Ram 4.7L it really didn't do as much as I thought it would. .
