Beefy mess that's not worth it
This protein powder seemed promising from its claims, but after trying it, I felt like I was drinking a beefy mess. The taste was hard to mask even in a smoothie. The one pro is that it did seem to help with muscle recovery, but at what cost to my taste buds? I wouldn't waste my money on this product again.
