I have been working with EMP for almost 5 years now so far it has worked very good even though there were some issues when we first started but they got resolved quickly by their support team! Their customer service department works closely together to make sure you get your questions answered right away if needed or just send them an email regarding any problems at all times during business hours which makes life easier!! Highly recommended product. We had no major glitches running our operation smoothly like most other products out here do sometimes. A little slow initially because everything needs time to adapt after switching operations to this new software/hardware platform however once done things run smooth without delays.
