The product works well but has problems. The first biggest issue is that although the top blade snaps onto the top of the unit, there is a gap in front of and below it that cut hair can be sucked through and become tangled inside the unit. I spent half an hour cleaning tangled hair in the groomer. This is a really bad design, especially when you're cutting facial hair that can curl into a groomer. It can also cause crazing if the bait sucks on the hairs under the razor. The device itself is quite quiet.
