I started off with the Flarut which was pure disappointment. The Atika has many advantages: first of all it's made better, second of all it's more comfortable, and third, it's one of the few sandals in this style that you'll find that doesn't rely on velcro. I had a pair of Atika sandals before for several years. They eventually started coming apart but that was after I wore them in saltwater and beat the crap out of them and they were a totally different style sandal but they are still wearable to this day and very fixable.
