I like that it's an all inclusive service plan with many options to choose from such as phone services, internet access, email accounts etc. It is very easy to use! You can find everything you need right there at your fingertips! Nothing really comes up too often so we have not run into any issues yet but if something does come up they are quick to respond or fix things when needed. We do receive notifications via text message of our bill which helps us stay organized and know what needs attention sooner rather than later.
