I like how easy it is to use and the software is very user friendly. It is very intuitive and the customer service is great. Ontech has allowed us to be able to streamline our workflows and get more stuff done in less time. I like that they have great customer service! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may be having as long it is within their work hours (which can sometimes go above 24). I like that it's an all inclusive service plan with many options to choose from such as phone services, internet access, email accounts etc. It is very easy to use! You can find everything you need right there at your fingertips! Nothing really comes up too often so we have not run into any issues yet but if something does come up they are quick to respond or fix things when needed.
