4.11.22. This seller did everything well. They sent another monitor and this time I got a brand new one that was never opened. I've been using it for several months and it works great. I am very happy with this product and the seller's attention to solving the problem to my satisfaction. The original monitor worked great and was easy to connect, but the USB connector actually broke so I arranged a return/exchange which was very easy. The replacement arrived the next day and when I opened it it was a product that had obviously been returned/used and was missing the power cord so it was returned too.
