I have worked with them for over 5 years now as my main contact person when it comes to sales force automation tools like Pardot or Jitterbit etc. This has been one of our most productive partnerships we've had so far! The team at NGC always keeps me updated about what's new/upcoming & where they can help us out (as opposed to other companies who tend not to update you). We're able solve problems that arise from time-to-time which saves a lot of work once those issues come up again - this way there isn't any wasted effort going through things multiple times only to find solutions months later after all these efforts were put into fixing said issue initially. Honestly though? It could be because their communication skills aren't great but overall everything works well between both parties.
