The main benefit is that it creates a digital platform for all parties involved in manufacturing processes and services. It has helped us to improve our logistics processes and our customer service. We have also been able to build up new tools to use when required, which has been very important at times of crisis. All users must be trained properly to ensure it works effectively. It can sometimes become a bit complicated to use but it is worth persevering because we are using it more and more.

The best thing about Vanenburg is the quick implementation in our company. It is easy to learn and easy to use. I like that we can use it on a daily basis without having to spend a lot of money.
