The platform is very intuitive to use with all of its features being easy to understand for even beginner users. I can also see how my business performs compared against others within our industry sector as well as globally. It's important that you know your data source needs when using this system - it will be able to do what ever job you need but if you are not sure where or from which sources the information comes then there may be some issues getting things done quickly. We have been able to track sales performance across multiple channels (website, phone calls etc) and we now get insight into customer journey through analytics reports so we can improve upon these areas.
