Perfect Victorian Carolina Ruffled Curtains. Completely complements and completes the soft, elegant, chic look under the gorgeous, luscious ruffles of the Carolina blinds. I also have blinds behind a curtain so I was so glad to find them. Isolated blackout rooms would be too heavy for the classy light look I created. I sew, I didn't find those see-through, shitty, flimsy materials. They are well made with perfect symmetry. The ribbon is barely noticeable, I find it adds a bit of weight which I like by tying them into the perfect swag with pretty but not heavy pretty bows. In terms of cost, I didn't find them cheap to use over blinds under Carolina ruffle curtains. Width is ok. If I had made them wider it would have been too much fabric to create the look I wanted. These are in white. I order a cream for winter to match the cream bedspread and satin robes. Changing shades is cheaper than changing gorgeous curtains. May I add that the Country Carolina curtains are very voluminous and made of an amazingly elegant material. They're expensive but last a long time, and I believe transparent shades last just as long. *A notice. I'm not sure I would use clean alone as others who are so dissatisfied use them. It may be wise to buy a window three times the width of the window to get the desired effect using only them. I hope this is helpful and saves others money as well. Price doesn't always mean quality. Nice when you can relax from the window decoration. I know I would also use them behind expensive drapes to pull all the panels together.
