I like how easy it was for me as an end user who has never used Maximo before to get familiarized quickly using this product. The support team are very helpful when you have any issues or questions regarding your system. It would be nice if there were more training options offered via online videos etc so people can learn without having to pay thousands out-of pocket for courses they don't want/need. This software allows us to automate processes within our organization and therefore reduce errors which ultimately improves efficiency.
