Lots of problems at once

Even before I set the computer up I checked all the connections to make sure everything was connected because we've heard all the stories about what the what - is off. I found the fan out so it's not the end of the world. I plugged it in and it glowed and worked great. I was very impressed with the performance. Then I started playing Dying Light, I started to feel heat coming out of the case so I raised the hardware monitor and the CPU was at 95°! (This is NOT overclocked) so I remove the heatsink and the CPU comes off with the heatsink. The CPU felt like it was glued to the heatsink, it took a long time to safely remove and I added another heatsink that I had laying around because the one that came with this one didn't have the machined copper contact surface that I seemed strange. So I fitted another heatsink (a large wizard-style cooler) and continued playing in the dying light. I played a good 6-7 hours with no problems. Temperature checked, everything ok. The CPU seemed a bit high at 72°, but that's at max settings that will keep the game running for a while. When I was done I shut down the computer and today when I went to start it it starts up and immediately shuts down again. I'm over it, I paid over $2k for it mostly for RTX but the build quality is complete crap.
