Review on Valterra D04 0250 Dominator Sewer Hose by Justin Zilinskas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Drain connector SIMPLE

Never thought a new drain hose could make such a difference! The big upgrade here is the hose that stays in place. My old sewer hose would bulge and expand where it wanted. This makes it difficult to control even with a support panel. This sewer hose that stays in place will stay as long as you make it. And it stays in place on a form-fitting support. It's also easier to place in a storage container as it stays compressed. The second update is the arch that connects to the underground sewer. My old drain hose had a non-standard fitting on the bottom side. The new hose has a standard bayonet connection and a higher 90 degree elbow. The old sewer hose had a very sharp low connection. This made it difficult to screw on the bow when the ground terminal was recessed below the surface. The reason the old knee was so sharp and flat was so it could fit in the square bumper to stow some RVs. I didn't need this as I store my drain hose in a trash can, I don't have a square bumper to store. The higher arch makes it much easier to set up. Also, the knee is clean so you can see when the storage tanks have been flushed successfully. That's a great hose. This greatly simplifies the connection to the sewage system. But you need to buy a set of drippers to store the hose.
